A Satimage system usually includes the following components.

• a FireVision digital Inspection Engine, made of a computer, "SMI" software, and digital camera.
• optical components.
• mechanical integration components. We can provide anything from mounting brackets to a complete custom inspection station.
• communication components; primarily used for systems which are integrated into the manufacturing process.

Satimage can assist you at any level of integration. We can provide:

• theFireVision digital Inspection Engine.
• on-board or stand-alone sensor systems.
• control systems for your equipment, or complete custom systems. Systems can be designed for manual control or full automation.
