When we install Satimage systems on a manufacturing machine, the user's view of the process is literally transformed before their eyes. Clear magnified images and precise measurements allow the user to instantly evaluate the situation.

Satimage systems can fulfill nearly any mission which relies on visible properties of products. Most often, a Satimage system will perform one or several of the following tasks:

• Dimensional measurements (including profiles and 3D)
• Measurement of surface characteristics
• Detection of defects
• Tracking or servo-controlled motion
• Measurement-based process control

One of our foremost goals is to provide full mechanical integration. Satimage provides a turn-key integrated system, or only drawings, schematics and instructions.
We achieve communication with other machines by standard electrical I/O (relays and opto-couplers); or through serial RS232, or under TCP/IP.
