Satimage uses Industrial Vision techniques which yield cost efficient solutions for the inspection of finished products.

Satimage systems are intended to deliver inspection of products "Here and Now". The benefits for the manufacturer are the ability to institute corrective measures quickly and the savings in production costs which result from the early detection of defective products.
Fast Systems
Industrial Vision has an intrinsic, remarkable technical asset: it is fast. For instance a basic 3D scan performed by Vision will collect 15,000 to 60,000 3D points per second. Using Industrial Vision drastically cuts the time spent inspecting finished products.

Appropriate Systems
We design our systems for practical and realistic use in shop environments, close to manufacturing machines. The operator can monitor the quality in "almost real" time and take appropriate action immediately.
